These Terms govern your use of Domain MarketSpace. They’re written to be readable — but they’re still a contract, so read them carefully.
Domain MarketSpace is a discovery platform, not a payment processor or broker. We introduce buyers and sellers. Price, payment, and the actual transfer of the domain are negotiated and executed directly between the two parties.
We do not hold funds, process payments, guarantee transactions, or act as an escrow. Please use a reputable third-party escrow (Escrow.com, Dan.com, Sedo) or a same-registrar push to protect yourself.
By creating an account, browsing the marketplace, or submitting an offer, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you’re using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
If you don’t agree with these Terms, please don’t use the Service.
What we are: a web application where domain investors (“Sellers”) publish listings for their domains, and interested parties (“Buyers”) can discover those listings and submit offers. We provide the communication surface, analytics, and portfolio management tools.
What we are not:
By publishing a domain on Domain MarketSpace, you represent and warrant that:
We may remove any listing that appears to violate these rules, third-party rights, or applicable law — with or without notice.
When submitting an offer, you agree to:
Domain MarketSpace does not process, facilitate, or guarantee any payment or domain transfer between users. When you make an offer, the seller receives your name, email, and offer amount. From that point on, the conversation moves off-platform.
You and the other party are solely responsible for:
We do not charge a commission, percentage, or transaction fee on any sale. Our only revenue is the monthly subscription sellers pay to list on the platform.
The Domain MarketSpace brand, UI, source code, and copy are owned by us. You keep full ownership of everything you upload — your listings, descriptions, notes, and buyer communications.
By listing a domain, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, cache, and distribute that listing for the sole purpose of operating the Service.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and freedom from bugs.
We do not warrant that listings are accurate, that buyers are legitimate, or that any particular sale will close. Verify the other party, their funds, and the domain status independently before transacting.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domain MarketSpace and its affiliates, officers, and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event or (b) USD $100.
You can cancel at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, under JAMS rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
If you’re a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction where the above choice of law is unenforceable, local law governs.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced 14 days in advance via email and in-app banner. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
